At Inovalon, he directed a cross-functional team to implement a groundbreaking data lake product strategy. His diverse background also includes consulting roles at Hyland Software, Cumberland Consulting Group, and Citi, where he consistently delivered impactful results through process improvement and strategic planning. His career began as a Senior Airman in the US Air Force, where he earned accolades for his performance.
Andres is married to Sharon Rojas, and they have two boys: Leonardo and Marco Rojas.
Blair specializes in data analytics, including setting up analytics infrastructure and reporting systems. His skills extend to process and performance improvement, financial planning and analysis, leadership development, and healthcare quality.
Blair served as a Combat Engineer in the US Army for six years, including a deployment to Afghanistan, where he held leadership roles such as Company Commander and Battalion Planning and Training Officer. He then spent ten years with Kaiser Permanente in various leadership positions.
Blair holds a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He also maintains a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Blair has been married to Shannon Van Horn since 2018. They have three daughters: Robin, Savannah, and Madeline.
